We work closely with our clients, architects and subcontractors prior to starting construction to determine specs, schedules, pricing and value engineering. We are committed to utilizing 3D modeling to build virtually before we build in the field.

Redwood Contracting LLC continues to be a leader in new construction and renovations in Connecticut and Westchester county. I have helped my clients achieve their dreams by efficiently managing the construction process from value engineering and permitting through final close-out and continuing support and service. I am dedicated to a level of service and attention to detail that can only be provided by focusing on the needs of my clients. Redwood has been responsible for construction projects in Western Connecticut and Westchester county including new construction projects, whole house renovations and bathroom and kitchen remodels. I have worked with clients with detailed architectural plans and with clients who have developed their own design ideas directly with me. I believe I understand the needs of my clients and have worked diligently to help make their architectural wishes become reality. My construction management services provide my clients with high quality craftsmanship, durability of design, and cost transparency.

PRECISION BUILDING, SIMPLE BUILDING
Redwood is committed to building energy efficient homes and commercial buildings utilizing Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). SIPs are precision fabricated panels used to frame the exterior walls and roof twice as fast and 50% - 80% more energy efficient. SIPs are stronger than stick framing and cost the same as other high performance framing alternatives. With SIPs its simple to achieve low HERS ratings and NetZero is within reach without compromising your design.
PROJECTS

This unique engineering challenge could only be achieved through the use of SIPs. The addition has 20' ceilings and wide open spaces. Special LVL spline bents combined with SIPs provided the structural strength to achieve the owner's dream and architect's vision. We worked closely with the builders to pre-fabricate and pre-assemble the walls and splines.
Basement Fun
Full renovation of a raw basement turned the space into a kids paradise, with a few adult features. Pool room with drink rail. Full media and entertainment area, with craft center. A concrete dungeon turned into a sophisticated fun space for kids and adults. Vaulted ceilings hide what used to be HVAC ductwork and pipes. Custom cabinetry and millwork add functionality and elegance.
